Confirmation of Order

Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order processing email. We will also contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. We will advise you of estimated dates when the item will be in stock or offer an alternative. Should the customer choose to cancel the order, a full refund will be made after making the payment online.

If you are a local customer choosing payment via Bank Transfer or cheque/money order, once item(s) are confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email and customers are advised to proceed with the money transfer within 2 days.
